While we apply proven strategies and best practices, TENORBIT does not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue increases, leads, sales volume, advertising performance, or return on investment. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing. TENORBIT reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose sensitive business, financial, or operational information to third parties without permission.

8. Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

9. Third-Party Platforms

TENORBIT is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, advertising restrictions, algorithm updates, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, LinkedIn, Shopify, or other service providers.

10. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the notice period specified in the service agreement. Fees for completed work, active projects, and incurred expenses remain payable upon termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

TENORBIT’s liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or engage in activities that may harm the website or its users.

13. Changes to Terms
